Fermentation tank
Description
Description
Main features:

1. The whole is made of 304 stainless steel with 30mm thick insulation layer. The middle part of the fermentation room adopts the design of insulation layer and glass revolving door, which is convenient to operate and has good insulation effect.

2. The whole fermentation room is divided into four power drives, corresponding to four sets of tensioning mechanisms, and is equipped with three sets of sliding devices, which makes the transmission more stable. It can realize synchronous transmission, the chain is stressed evenly, the transmission is stable and reliable, and the transmission speed adjustment range (20-60 minutes) can be arbitrarily adjusted within the adjustment range according to the fermentation time of the product.

3. The bottom adopts the design of pulling and connecting slag box, and is equipped with a water trough, which is convenient for cleaning and centralized drainage.

4. The temperature and humidity control of the whole fermentation room is divided into multiple areas. The temperature is adjustable in the range of 35-45 ℃, and the humidity is 40% - 60%.

5. Adopt the independent automatic control mode of temperature and humidity. The temperature error is controlled by ± 1 ℃, and the humidity error is controlled by ± 5%.

6. The humidification heating equipment is installed at the bottom of the fermentation room, which is thermally circulated by the circulation of air supply at the bottom and air return at the top. First, the air with the most suitable temperature and humidity is diverted to the inside of the fermentation room through the pipeline, so that the temperature and humidity in the whole fermentation room are uniform. Three groups of circulating systems are designed to save energy and stabilize the whole, so that the internal temperature and humidity are uniform and the dough wake-up effect is ensured.

7. The whole machine is controlled by Siemens PLC control system. The chain adopts multi-stage synchronous operation mode, and the position protection between motors can play a good role in protecting the chain;

8. In terms of fermentation, the working mode of heating and humidification is independent and combined. Heating and humidification are independent of each other and can complement each other to achieve better wake-up effect; Among them, the self limiting heating mode is adopted for heating, so the temperature control will be more safe and efficient; Humidification uses steam generator to process steam, which has fast humidification speed and temperature compensation; fermenting adopts internal circulation mode, and the wind speed is uniform and adjustable.

9. The maximum heating power of the whole machine is 90kw, the maximum humidifying power of the evaporator is 36kw, and the total power of the motor transmission is 5kw.
